I’m Cory, Co-Founder and CEO of Unbroker, a platform dedicated to giving small business owners what they deserve: a fair, empowering, and affordable way to sell their businesses while preserving the legacies they’ve worked so hard to build. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, employing nearly half of the U.S. workforce, yet many owners face overwhelming challenges when it’s time to transition. I’ve been there myself—starting, growing, and selling a small business early in my career. That experience stuck with me and inspired Unbroker’s vision: to simplify the process, provide the right tools, and ensure small business owners keep more of what they’ve earned. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of driving growth and transformation in organizations of all sizes—from bootstrapped ventures to private equity, venture-backed, and public enterprises. At Lob, I helped scale annual recurring revenue from $55M to $130M, achieving over $300M in total revenue while shifting to positive EBITDA. At InMoment, I led North America’s team as we grew revenue from $50M to $225M and orchestrated a successful sale to private equity firm MDP. Earlier, at Qualtrics, I contributed to an $8B acquisition by SAP just days before a planned IPO. While these experiences gave me incredible insights into scaling businesses and leading teams, they also deepened my appreciation for the grit and resilience of small business owners. Now, with Unbroker, I’m bringing those lessons full circle—creating a platform that combines cutting-edge technology with personalized support to serve the entrepreneurs who truly drive our economy forward. I’m proud to build this company in New Hampshire, where I live with my wife, Michelle (Unbroker’s Co-Founder and COO), and our five children. This state embodies the entrepreneurial spirit, and it’s the perfect place to launch a service designed to empower small business owners across the country.
